Dosage:
Solely
for inhalation administration and should only be given by individuals
trained in the administration of general anesthetics.
Inhaled anesthetics must be individualized according to surgical
requirements, patient variables (age, physical condition, etc.), and use
of adjunctive agents such as nitrous oxide
