dizziness, headache, syncope, weakness

cardiovascular collapse, palpitations, postural hypotension,
tachycardia

abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting

urinary incontinence

HEME:
hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia

MS:
muscle twitching

SKIN:
flushing, pallor,sweating
