hypotension, early MI, closed-angle glaucoma, head trauma, cerebral
hemorrhage

intracranial pressure, hypotension or uncorrected hypovolemia
Precautions:

Pregnancy
category C; use for angina during pregnancy without fetal harm has
been reported

Hypertrophic
cardiomyopathy, children, glaucoma
Adverse
Reactions (Side Effects):

CNS:
agitation, apprehension, confusion, dizziness, dyscoordination,
insomnia, nightmares, restlessness, vertigo, weakness

CV:
atrial fibrillation, collapse, crescendo angina, dysrhythmias,
postural hypotension, PVC’s, rebound hypertension, retrosternal
discomfort, syncope, tachycardia

EENT:
blurred vision
-
HEME:
hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia
-
SKIN:
Cutaneous vasodilation with flushing, exfoliative dermatitis
