PO 1-2 rounded teaspoonfuls or 1-2 packets in 8 ounces of
liquid 1-4 times daily; 1-2 wagers with 8 ounces of liquid 1-4 times
daily

6-11 years: PO ½ to 1
teaspoonful in 4 ounces of liquid 1-3 times daily
