Sterile bacteriostatic surgical lubricant

Indications:

Surgical lubricant
Gynecological lubricant

Contraindications:

Precautions:

Contains chlorhexidine gluconate
To maintain sterility, sanitize tube tip prior to puncturing with sterile implement.
Will not affect surgical instruments, rubber or plastic.
Keep out of reach of children.
Not a contraceptive agent, does not contain spermicide.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Adverse Reactions (Side Effects):

Local irritation may occur.

Dosage:

Use as indicated.
